The Division of Pediatric Neurology is dedicated to the management and treatment of neurological disorders in babies, children and adolescents.

Part of the nationally recognized Nicklaus Children's Neuroscience Institute, the Division of Pediatric Neurology and the team of pediatric neurology specialists  provides comprehensive diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of a wide range of neurological disorders in children at the hospital's main campus and selected outpatient facilities throughout South Florida.

Why would a child see a pediatric neurologist?

A child may see a pediatric neurologist if they experience developmental delays, seizures, migraines, movement disorders, or conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. Pediatric neurologists are experts in diagnosing and treating children with conditions such as epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy, and ADHD, among others.
