Nicklaus Children's Hospital's vice president and CNO, Shannon Odell, participated in the Florida Center for Nursing’s Community Engagement Tour at the Barry University School of Nursing. The Community Engagement Tour is a series of regional workshops that allow the community to review and comment on data analysis prepared by the Florida Center for Nursing and recommend systemic changes, including strategies for the implementation of recommended changes.
