Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which children have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep at night.

- Aggression

What causes insomnia?
- Caffeine (sodas, teas, energy drinks)

- Medical disorders (asthma, eczema, heartburn, fibromyalgia)
- Neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, Down Syndrome)
