Lillian Garvin, serves as the Manager and Head of Operations for the Center of Precision Medicine and Nicklaus Children's Biobank (NCB) responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Biobank.

Lillian earned her MPH in Epidemiology from Florida International University and later pursued additional studies and received a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, the Whiting School of Engineering. Her research focus span from rare neurodegenerative diseases to population health in a pediatric population. Combining her expertise in epidemiology and operational strategy, she leads the design and implementation of functional precision medicine programs that translate research into measurable impact.
