Jayden came to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital after his parents, Dayse and Oscar, who are Nicklaus Children’s nurses, noticed he was suffering from seizures and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Led by Dr. Parul Jayakar and Dr. John Ragheb, our multidisciplinary care team provided treatment and eventually surgery, to quell the seizures and get Jayden on the path to recovery.
