2015 was a landmark year for Miami Children’s Health System. It brought new collaborations and breakthrough advances, and most notably, a new name for our flagship hospital and network of outpatient centers. New name, same heart.
The newly renamed Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is a tribute to the generosity of Jack and Barbara Nicklaus and their Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. We are most grateful for their commitment to our health system and children around the world. Their $60 million pledge will support the completion of our Advanced Pediatric Care Pavilion, which will enhance the care setting for children receiving treatment in our multiple intensive care units and their families.
