Study Description

This study aims to assess and compare the effectiveness of multiple surgical procedures to address foot deformities in children with Cerebral Palsy by analyzing radiographic, physical exam, and patient reported outcome findings before and after various interventions to yield the best outcomes for Cerebral Palsy patients undergoing treatment of foot deformities.  

Eligibility Requirements

Inclusion Criteria

  • Children and young adults (2-25 years old) with history of cerebral palsy undergoing surgical treatment of foot deformity including tendon transfers, osteotomies, and arthrodesis.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Isolated Achilles lengthening or gastrocnemius recession
  • History of previous foot soft tissue or bony procedures
  • Endocrine or metabolic bone disease
