Thick Horizontal Rule

To insert a thick horizontal rule within the rich text editor:

1. Press Enter to start a new line
2. On the left, click the + button (Quick Insert)
3. Click on the button with the thick horizontal line (Insert Thick Horizontal Line)

To insert a thick horizontal rule below a section:

1. Click on the Section's gear icon (Configure section)
2. Check checkbox at the end "Bottom Thick Horizontal Rule"

This section has "Bottom Thick Horizontal Rule" checked on.

This section does not have "Bottom Thick Horizontal Rule" checked on.
