The Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Spine Institute at Nicklaus Children's Hospital provides evaluation and treatment of a full spectrum of hip disorders in children, adolescents and young adults. These disorders include a variety of congenital, developmental and post-traumatic conditions. Treatment methods include open and arthroscopic surgical techniques such as hip surgery. Our evaluation process combines a detailed clinical examination with state-of-the-art radiographic imaging.

Hip Imaging
The Hip Program at Nicklaus Children's is supported by a staff of fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists that utilize the latest imaging equipment and techniques. Our imaging capabilities include:
- MRI arthrogram with radial sequences
- CT scans with 3D reconstruction
- Low-dose radiation EOS radiographs
- 3D printing for complex and unusual hip conditions
