The center will be located at 11310 Legacy Avenue in Palm Beach Gardens and is the second pediatric care facility in Palm Beach County to be created as a collaboration of MCH and the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing pediatric care offerings in the region.

Services of the MCH Nicklaus Outpatient Center will be as follows:
Pediatric Urgent Care Center
The center will offer care for minor injuries and illnesses for youngsters from birth to age 21, provided by board-certified physicians. Urgent care hours will be from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and weekends from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This after-hours schedule will be of service for parents when the child’s pediatrician is not available.
Pediatric Diagnostic Services
Imaging services, such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), will be provided by clinicians who specialize in pediatric diagnostics and sedation services required to perform essential screenings involving babies and very young children.
Pediatric Rehabilitation Services
This location will offer a team of pediatric rehabilitation specialists that focus on the medical, therapeutic and educational needs of the patient and their family. Evaluations and treatment plans for occupational, physical and speech therapies will be provided on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Pediatric Subspecialty Services
In addition, the site will host visits from pediatric sub specialists to make these advanced services more accessible to area residents.
In 2010, the MCH Nicklaus Care Center opened in Loxahatchee, offering pediatric subspecialty appointments. Since the opening, the center has hosted more than 1,842 subspecialty visits and currently features the services of the following pediatric subspecialists: craniofacial specialist, dermatologist, endocrinologist, geneticist, gastroenterologist, immunologist, neurologist and orthopedist. This center is located at 12989 Southern Boulevard, Palms West Medical Office Building III, Suite 203 in Loxahatchee.
