Pediatrician 

Dr. Elizabeth Maria Villaverde is a pediatrician who provides care in the Emergency Department at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. Dr. Villaverde completed a residency in pediatrics at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include quality improvement initiatives in the emergency room.

Dr. Villaverde is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Villaverde is employed by  Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
