Sean P Horan, DO
Interim Chief, Pediatric Psychiatry
Dr. Sean Horan is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and serves as interim chief within the Department of Pediatric Psychiatry at Nicklaus Children's Hospital. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami and earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. His clinical interests include anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders and schizophrenia.
Dr. Horan is double board-certified by the American College of Osteopathic Neurologists and Psychiatrists in both child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry.
Dr. Horan is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists, the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children's Health System.
