Charlotte Victoria Hobbs, MD
Pediatric Infectious Diseases Specialist

Dr. Charlotte Hobbs is a board-certified pediatric infectious diseases specialist within the Division of Infectious Diseases at Nicklaus Children’s. She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Florida and completed a pediatrics residency at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She then pursued a fellowship in pediatric infectious disease and immunology at New York University (NYU) Bellevue Medical Center and NYU Langone Health. Dr. Hobbs is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Public Health (DrPH) in infectious and tropical diseases from the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in the United Kingdom. In addition to general infectious diseases, her clinical and educational interests include tropical medicine, travel medicine, and global health.

Dr. Hobbs is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Infectious Disease Society of America, Pediatric Infectious Disease Society, and American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.

Dr. Hobbs is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
