Newest Star In
Outpatient Network
2013 was another stellar year for Miami Children’s
Health System’s growing network of outpatient centers.
The MCH Miami Lakes Outpatient Center became the
newest star in the constellation, opening its doors with
a lively community celebration in October.
The 32,600-square-foot facility, located at 15025 NW
77 Avenue in Miami Lakes, follows the same successful
formula as the established centers, offering pediatric
rehabilitation services, imaging services (X-ray),
after-hours urgent care and subspecialty physician
appointments.
“2013 saw the completion of our eighth outpatient
center,” said Nancy Humbert, Senior Vice President of
Ambulatory Services. “No matter where you live in Miami-
Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties, there is a Miami
Children’s outpatient center to serve your children.”
The new center joins an established network of community-
based centers that continue to dazzle with increasing
patient volumes and satisfied patients and families who
appreciate the ease of access.
