Nicklaus Children’s Health System (NCHS) was honored during the 20^th annual eHealthcare Leadership Awards as a platinum recognition recipient in two categories – best internet home page and best digital marketing campaign. Platinum recognition is the highest level of achievement bestowed by the annual awards program, which highlights the very best websites and digital communications from a broad spectrum of healthcare organizations.

Best Internet Home Page platinum award: NCHS’s award submission highlighted the improved functionality of the main navigation mega menu, the sleek mobile design, and the originality and freshness of the organic shapes that are part of the redesigned homepage and service lines.

Best Digital Marketing Campaign platinum award:  NCHS was recognized for its Pinecrest Urgent Care Center (UCC) awareness campaign. This campaign included geo-fencing of online ad targets, targeted e-mail campaigns, timely reporting of UCC volumes and a flexible marketing budget to allocate funds to the UCC centers in need of traffic. The goal of the winning strategy for the digital marketing campaign was to drive consumers to the Pinecrest UCC center, which is located in an affluent market with lots of competing services.  

More than 200 organizations were recognized as winners of platinum, gold, silver and distinction awards. The 2019 eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognized winners in 22 different categories.
